Keep your current diet the same while you ADD IN nutrients to your body
Keep your current exercise the same, adding in one extra gentle walk per week. Just walk to the shop for crying out loud - no big gym plans or bootcamps.

Start adding in fermented kai to your diet. Kimchi, saurkraut, rotten korn, yoghurts, kefir drinks, kombucha. Where possible start having more bone broth, boil up water, chicken soups (homemade from chicken carcasses)
Repeat Step 1 above both in the morning and at night 2 hours after dinner and before bed. Don't repeat the Cleanse step though.
