The Clean Bum test. I'm Serious

April 02, 20237 min read

Did you know that I come from an animal science and agricultural background? When I was 18 - I went off to Massey University in Palmerston North. By 21 I had graduated with a Bachelor of science and a double major in Animal Sciences and Agricultural Sciences.

During the three year degree I had worked on a number of dairy farms which is how I paid for my rent (living on farms in farm houses). I'd milk many cows, gathered many poo and wee samples. Many times I had my arm up a cow's bum, collected faeces samples from sheep and deer. Talking about faeces poos and wees doesn't phase me.

A few people could be uncomfortable with talking about poo and bums.

Naturally I thought a Blog might be a better option for this discussion. You can read it and potentially feel just a little bit more comfortable about learning what the clean bum test is all about. You can continue either reading this blog, or click here to play the audio version. Have fun.

What is the clean bum test?

Here's the thing family if you are having to wipe your bum after your daily poo - twice - three - four times, then your digestive system has a lot of residue stuck inside. Literally, waste is stuck inside your colon and along the walls of your large intestines.

Your poo is not in the right composition. Too hard, it's breaking off. Too soft, it's leaving residual behind. It isn't until you experience the right balance of nutrition, exercise and fluids you'll get to understand that it is possible to have a clean bum after you poop. It should be normal to have a clean bum after you poop, but the Western diet does not support a clean bum test.

For over a month since focusing on my gut cleansing - I experienced clean toilet paper after each poop. Here's why this is important:

  • it indicates that I've started to scrape out the plaqued up s*** inside.

  • It indicates that my insides, my digestive tract is moving efficiently.

  • It indicates that there is moisture inside my digestive system and

  • It indicates the right balance to form the right constitution of my poop. It is neither too hard that it is causing my bum and my colon stress. Nor is it too soft that it is leaking out and leaving residual on the outside of my body.

I then went away for a week and lived on hotel food. In the breaks at uni, I gorged on pastries, breads, sweets. It has been delicious! However, you guessed it...by day five, my poop started to change back.

It should be normal to have a clean bum after you poop, but the Western diet does not support a clean bum test.

You may need to watch this video if you haven't already. The background on lipids, cleansing and your digestion.

What are the benefits of paying attention

The benefits of a clean bum is that you know what's going on in the inside, it is clearing out, it is in balance.

The benefit of a clean bum is also that your smell is reduced. Your scent. We often can't smell ourselves but other people can smell us (I mean they perceive us, instinctively smell us. It translates as a feeling of attraction or not attracted, rather than they are aware of how we smell).

This is why a dog with a good diet and a cat with a good diet doesn't stink.

A dog that always has a bit of residue around their bum smells because essentially it's on the outside around their ass. It's stuck in their colon, close to the outside.

Why do people think it's any different for humans? We are omnivores. We smell like what we eat.

You must eat, drink and exercise for your internal organs benefit before any other benefit. I hope that you are cooking, exercising and drinking water. But if you cannot do that because you do not have time right now - then you need to be supplementing yourself ok.

And you need to be doing this in a way that is patient, allowing 3 to 4 months for the scraping of your insides to clear.

Wait there's more, I'm about to go a little deeper
  1. You also should be moisturising your bum and your nether-regions (vulva, raho). You can start with coconut oil, don't get anything flash don't get anything perfumed.

Coconut oil, olive oil.

Dissolve yucky stuff that is holding on to the outside of your body because it has mixed with your own lipids that exist on the surface of your skin. Then it has gotten stuck there, like a hardened paste.

  1. the reason why this practise is important is because our bodies produce our pheromones and scent in the bum and between our legs, and our armpits. This is how mammals identify each other and become attracted to each other.

It is always baffles me why people will spend so much money on the parts that we can see (clothes, the face) and don't put into practise small disciplines of loving on those regions.

  2. The scent and the pheromones that come from these areas help attract our partner's. This is a very simple way of of doubling down on the connection to your significant other. Keeping your bum clean and your armpits clean with a good month of oiling will help dissolve the gunked up body stuff that gets stuck in those places. Tell me I'm wrong after you've done it for a month :) You're welcome.

Pigmentation, skin, cleaning.

If you have the pigmentation inside your legs between your thighs and in the crease between your nether-regions and your thigh, inside your bum crack - that is an indication that there is a lot of friction going on in there.

A lot of friction means that the the body is sending pigmentation and extra skin to that place to stop it from irritating and hurting you. When you have the pigmentation and the rougher harder skin there, there's a lot of sloughing (skin falling off when it dies).

Skin that eventually dies rubs off and gets caught there basically feeds fauna (bacteria and yeast) that create smell. This is where the smell comes from ... yet we mostly go and scrub ourselves and wash.

Have you ever thought about just keeping it moisturised so that the body doesn't have to put so much skin down there which then stops the skin from sloughing off which then stops the skin from smelling? Moisturise your bum alongside a good eating plan.

Never use moisturiser anything processed anything with perfume just use oil. Use the lipid that comes from your whakapapa line your genealogy. Coconut oil for the Pacific, olive oil for Europe as an idea. Whatever is accessible.

In summary

In summary - a clean bum is an indication of your health both internally and externally. Take note for the next few days:

  1. You should be having a poop everyday and if you aren't you need to use some supplements, a diet change, a lifestyle change.

  2. You need to moisturise your bum. You need to care for it. Consider keeping a source of oil perhaps coconut oil in the bathroom and place a small amount on your toilet paper before you wipe your ass. Then once you've wiped your bum you have both moisturised it and cleaned it in one go.

  3. After showers, practise placing a dollop of oil at the top of your crack. Let it melt in. Do the same between your thighs. Bacteria and yeast eat dead skin. They produce smell. That smell can be picked up by yourself and others, mostly subconsciously. If you want people to perceive you as high vitality, keep the scent producing areas of your body flowing with life. Not dead skin.
