The Kai (Food)

March 20, 20231 min read

It is important to eat your sources of Gut Love, as well as supplement. The supplements are designed to help you in the slow process of building up your dietary source of nutrition.

  • Make bone broth - Here is my favourite Youtube Gut Health account and his recipe is in the video below. Start with fermented kai and bone broths. Really, most of our supplements should come from our kai as it is more bioavailable (easy for body to absorb)

  • Buy pork bones and chicken frames

  • Keep the water from boil up and drink it, with the fat bones

  • Sauerkraut - it's basically cabbage that has been fermented in a jar

  • Kimchi - korean recipe, fermented vegestables

  • Rotten Corn - fermented corn

  • Coconut oil, olive oil, flax seed

  • Aloe Vera plant - use a cheese grater to scrape the gel, then add it to juice and drink it

  • Kale, spinach, sprouts, microgreens
